  • We had a stove overheat and stop working outright. Service call was booked in short order and while we had to wait on a part to be shipped as the biggest time and cooking supper inconvenience, the follow up installation went relatively quickly. We did have to book a follow up request as the oven did reach temperatures after the installation, which was rectified on a second visit. From a customer service standpoint, this company cares about its customers and 'makes it right' when the install was not 100% the first attempt. Attentive service technicians with digital terminals and accept credit card payments in real time with digital receipts, courteous reception staff who work to make appointments within your schedule. The techs make a point of calling at 8:30am with a designated 2 hour appointment window so you are not stuck at home all day to wait on them. They arrive closer to the earlier time in all visits we had.
