We had a stove overheat and stop working outright. Service call was booked in short order and while we had to wait on a part to be shipped as the biggest time and cooking supper inconvenience, the follow up installation went relatively quickly. We did have to book a follow up request as the oven did reach temperatures after the installation, which was rectified on a second visit.
From a customer service standpoint, this company cares about its customers and 'makes it right' when the install was not 100% the first attempt.

The techs make a point of calling at 8:30am with a designated 2 hour appointment window so you are not stuck at home all day to wait on them. They arrive closer to the earlier time in all visits we had.
