  • I had the pleasure of working with Gary and a manager named Rick. I went in there looking for a specific model number of a bow flex product. They just sold out right before I walked in. Spoke with both Gary and Rick about wanting to get them at the sale price. They both were very happy to help, even tho I'm sure I was a pain in the butt some times. They kept great communication with me about the product arrival time and date. I wish I could take these two gentlemen to every store that I shop at on a regular basis and have them teach every employee at those stores the proper way to treat a customer. There is a Dicks way closer to my house, but I'll for sure take the longer drive to this store solely because they appreciate their customers that much.
