  • My family has gone to Affiliated Dentistry for 3 years now. My son has Down syndrome and we had a very very challenging time finding a dentist who would not papoose and hold my child down for a routine teeth clean. We searched for 10 years. I wanted my son to be able to tolerate teeth cleanings without drugs or holding down. When we stepped into this office, my son immediately loved it for the safari animal theme and fun ipads. But what it really comes down to is the dentist. Dr Julie is like the dentist whisperer for my son. When he sat in the chair, he laid back and felt comfortable from the very beginning. The dental hygienists are so friendly and understanding and patient. Dr Julie has a way about her that made my son feel comfortable from the start. He opened right up and even has had some teeth pulled, without drugs or any physical restraint. He easily sits there and trusts Dr Julie and her staff. Now he goes to the dentist like any other child, happy, feeling safe and comfortable. My other kids don't mind going either because the hygienists are really friendly, funny and excellent at what they do. And Dr Julie is fabulous. Don't hesitate to go! This office is fantastic! It is hard to find a dentist that really is gifted- we have found. Love the staff, the professionalism, very clean and excellent service!
