  • Not even one star!! Stay a thousand miles away from this one. They are horrible. They quoted me a price and then tacked on tons of extra charges plus $688 for additional weight. Now there's a new driver, never gave me 24 hours notice, never called my primary telephone number, and flat out lied to me that the storage owner said he could unload after hours. I spoke directly with that person and he said they told the driver he could not unload. This person was rude and argumentative on the phone with me and lied continualy. Now they want to charge me $100 an hour to wait. It's been an hour already and the dispatch manager still hasn't returned my call... I was supposed to be told when my drivers would arrive to pick up my furniture and I didn't get notice until the very last minute in the day, even though I'd told them I had to vacate the day after they arrived. In defense of some areas, they did ultimately arrive on time to pick up my belongings and those drivers were wonderful and careful, and helpful.
