My home warranty assigned Papworth to fix my airconditioning. They are supposed to contact you to schedule service within 1 business day. I was not contacted until the 3rd day. Over the full duration of my attempted service with them, I have attempted to call them 8 times and only reached a person once. They have not returned any of my voicemails. It took them a week before a technician could be scheduled to come out, at which point they told me that the part that required replacement was not in stock and would have to be ordered. I've now been without AC in the 110 degree heat for a week and a half with no end in sight.
