  • Since Yelp doesn't allow zero stars, 1 will have to do. Arrived at 3pm to check in - oh, but the reservation system is down and you can't. 4:30pm rolls around and we finally get our room. A call to housekeeping to get more towels -1 hour later they arrive. A call to guest services and after 10 minutes on hold, they transfer us to the front desk. 10 minutes later the phone is still ringing and nobody has picked up as I type this. Overall, it's been the worst customer service for any Las Vegas hotel we have ever had (in nearly 25 years of coming to Vegas). Wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone!
