  • I used TreePro to trim several large palm trees in my yard. Ron gave me a estimate over text after I sent him some pictures. The estimate was very reasonable, especially compared to other tree services that quoted double. He was also able to get a crew out by the end of the week-- most other trimming services told me they were booked through July. The crew members who trimmed the palms were great. There was a lot of work (I doubt these palms had ever been trimmed), and the crew was efficient and did a great job getting rid of all the flowers, dead leaves, and making the palms look beautiful. They also cleaned up more than I thought they would including cleaning the pool. My only complaint is that scheduling was not the most efficient; I had to text several times to find out what day and time the crew would be arriving, and the arrival time was off by about 1.5 hours. But in spite of the scheduling difficulties, I would hire TreePro again because they were affordable, available, and effective.
