  • I contacted Karlin Harris about an estimate to do sink cuts in our granite in the kitchen and the marble in the laundry room. I spoke with Karlin, who then informed me that he was on the other line and that he would call me back in about 5 minutes. After 24 hours, I have not heard from Karlin, or anyone with Brooklyn Stone. This lack of professionalism has led me to call a different granite company. The owner responded to my request within an hour, and came out to my home to provide an estimate and set up a begin-date for the work.
