  • horrible costumer service, they don't answer your questions, they reply with the most vague answers and keep prolonging a problem over MONTHS that way instead of fixing it with one clean quick answer. Once I realized what they wanted me to fill as paperwork (they gave me the wrong name for the paper the whole time), I realized I had already sent that paper, back in OCTOBER 2017. they could've told me the right name for those papers in NOVEMBER instead of making me wait til january telling me they'll send me that paper with the wrong name they kept babbling about. screw Tangerine, they just lost a good costumer.
