Not a good experience at all.
We were rushed through all the paperwork. When I tried to take my time to read what I was signing I was told to "just sign just sign".
We were told that we didn't need to bring the vehicle with a full tank of gas - the way the worker worded it sounded like it was a different policy so bringing it empty would not be part of the contract. In my mind (as a Canadian) thinking it was different in Vegas maybe due to the volume of cars they rent. But after looking at the full contract letter there was a gas charge of about 2.5 times the amount if what it would cost to fill the car from emtpy.
If you use airmiles to pay for a vehicle in the states you still have to pay for what seemed like 7 different taxes.
We'll be choosing a different provider next time.
Don't rush through things even if the worker is being impatient! They're trying to rush you so you don't catch anything.
