Fez is a charming, quirky eclectic little restaurant that seems to do everything right. The wait staff are young, tattooed, 'interesting' and very good at their jobs. Our waitress, Candace, was one of the best servers I've seen in awhile. She was friendly, gave great recommendations and after my husband asked for '399' olives in his Gin Martini, she brought a whole spear's worth plus extra. I had a Kentucky Mule (not their name for it) and it was wonderful. The menu is extensive with something for everyone. I ordered the curry with shrimp ( you have an option of 4 or 8- 4 shrimp are plenty) and it was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered a beef dish that was tender and nicely seasoned. Service was great- we never needed to ask for water or anything. My friend had wine and the pours were generous. Good beer and spirits selection. We ordered Tiramasu for dessert and it was probably the weakest link- kind of ice creamy and not enough cocoa. Not bad- just not as good as the rest of the meal. For old folks from Chandler it was great to go to a young hip restaurant that has old school class and well trained staff. Special thanks to Candace for making it a great night- we'll be back. PS- she should get a raise- a great face for the restaurant.
