  • Wonderful service and great food from beginning to end. We made day-before reservations for 7:00pm but there were plenty of tables available when we arrived. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and everyone inside from the multiple waiters, cocktail specialist and someone who may have been the manager were friendly and professional. They do a wonderful job presenting the special Wagyu beef cuts and cocktail cart. For my main dish I had the 10 oz. cut of NY strip and it was cooked perfectly to my medium liking. I loved the seared char on the outside and it was tender in the inside. I also had the polenta which was also very good - nice and creamy. Even the free bread they give you were outstanding - and they give a lot! First were long and thin parmesan breadsticks, then they came out with a basket of 4 different kinds which were pretzel (my favorite), pumpernickle, (also delicious) and I think focaccia and multigrain. We were so full we couldn't fit in dessert but received complimentary petit fours which were a perfect send-off at the end of the night. The jelly ones were so good. The wine list is extensive and I had a wonderful glass of malbec. My husband had a cocktail with ginger in it and just one from sip, I thought it was one of the best drinks I've tasted. The restaurant is stylish and sleek with impeccable service. Definitely a highlight meal during my time in Las Vegas.
