  • The low reviews worried me but I gave them a chance and was so surprised at the level of service they gave to my 4 year old. They were thorough and patient and genuinely cared about both her and myself. They're busy, of course, so there's natural waiting periods but that's expected in any medical office and shouldn't be held against them. They have a passion for families and to correct vision. Highly recommend. I even went there myself and it was great and had to go through multiple brands of contacts to try to fix my issue and they were patient and accommodating and also wanted the perfect brand and type of lens that would be most beneficial. Didn't push one brand over another (which former eye doctors did).
