  • This is not my first time in Gucci, but this time something strange happened. I looked at a cross-body handbag and asked the saleswoman how much the bag cost and got an answer. My sister came up to advise me and asked how much the handbag cost and received the same answer. Eventually, I decided to buy the bag and when I got to the cashier, the saleswoman suddenly announced that the bag costs $ 140 more than she mentioned. When I complained to her and the manager that it was misleading a customer, especially because there was no price tag in the bag, her answer was that there was nothing to do take it or leave it. I hope this isn't their system to increase sales. BE AWARE AND CHECK THE PRICE 3 TIMES BEFOR YOU DECIDE.
