  • Most often, we are apprehensive about taking our vehicle in for any major repair and body repair is no exception to that repair experience. Yet, I had quite the opposite experience when it came to the body work and complete paint job on my car. I had done all my due diligence research, visited four different body repair shops for estimates and finally decided on this one, Uptown Custom Paint at 1424 N. Tryon St., Charlotte NC. My experience began with the office manager Chalon on my initial phone call, she was very polite and accommodating of my schedule. She informed me that Emery would be looking out for me since I was running close to or at their closing time and he was, just like she said he would be. I liked that honor of their word right from the start. Emery inspected my vehicle damage without rushing and took me inside to explain and write the estimate. He told me how long the repairs would take and contact them when I was ready, no pushy sales experience here. After evaluating all of my estimates and customer service I chose them and I am happy I did. Now for the completed repair review, I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED! My baby looks GREAT! I wish I had taken before and after pictures. The side rear panel (they called it something else) had been replaced, the bumper had been replaced, something under the back (again they spoke professionally and I don't recall the real names of parts) had been taken care of as well. But the paint job...AWESOME! AND it comes with a LIFE TIME warranty! The other shops paint job warranty was only 3 years. But even with all that said, the customer service was second to none. I chose the right place for the best experience and work, I encourage you to do the same. Fair, affordable and second to none repair skills and customer service.
