  • Forbes avenue Dunkin Donuts in Pittsburgh has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life!!! I've never written a bad review but this was exceptionally horrible. My co-workers I placed an on the go order while on break and order two orders of 25 count munchkins a coffee and hot chocolate. They went to pick it up and I got a phone call from them saying they were out of munchkins. Also out of donuts so they couldn't replace the munchkins with donuts. They were out of the flavor for my coffee. The worker then transferred me to the assistant manager who would not refund my money for the munchkins or provide me with any type of donuts. They told me I had to walk in to get a refund which was impossible because I was at work. I requested for them to put it on a gift card and she said their was no reason for her to do that because I could come in when I got off work at 11:30pm after working a 16.5 hour shift! Exactly what I want to do for their poor business. Thanks Dunkin
