  • went into the store and bought 2 mattress sets. Josh was very nice and professional. My experience with them waa excellent until delivery. The delivery guy came on time and came into the house with a nasty beligerant attitude. We paid extra for delivery and he immediatelty demanded help in bringing the mattresses in. One of the mattresses that he was suppose to take out was burned in a fire which is on record.He immediately said this was not a fire but was eaten by bedbugs. Someone could easily checked with the fire dept. He refused to take the mattresses as agreed. Someone from the store called and said they were sending him back to get the mattresses. When he came back he had a worse attitude than binefore. I finally told him he did not need to take the mattresses and he coukd leave. He dragged the mattresses out in a huff. I would never let this guy in my house again. He was insulting when I just gave r& s almost $1000 I will not allow anyone to come to my house and be so Insulting.
