  • This use to be my favorite movie theater. Lately It is like no one cares. Employees act like they don't want to be there. Today we went and tried to order a hot dog and the first grouchy guy said they put them on late and it would be 10-15 minutes. We came back in 15 minutes and again were told it would be longer. The girl this time didn't seem to know how to check them. So we went on to the movie. They really need to crack down on people taking off their shoes in the theaters. Down right gross every time we go. And the people that text or watch their phones during the movie. Alamo has a great policy. You get kicked out. The bathrooms are also not being checked. Urine on the seats and toilet paper not flushed. I know customers should be doing this, but check your restrooms once in a while. Like I said it used to be great now it is losing its appeal.
