The selection is pretty nice, although I don't think there need to be quite as many non-cheese items stuffed in the store. It felt a little cramped to me. As with many other cheese places, there are little ends and chunks available for a couple of bucks - a nice way to try something new EXCEPT that they tend to be dried out and/or ends/rindy, and aren't discounted! If cheese places marked these pieces down that'd be great, but I've never seen it done. Well, end of that rant. I was a little disappointed that the sandwiches are pre-made and the only eating options are outdoors (it sounds really nice to have a picnic like they offer, but I think that's not a great option for most of the year!).
