  • This place is a rip-off! DO NOT GET A WELLNESS PLAN. Not only do the vets find any reason to up-charge beyond what's covered, but if you think you can cancel, think twice. After months of problems with my account being charged more than agreed, 2 weeks too early & even twice per month, they want to charge more when you cancel. If you spend more on services than you paid out in your monthly fee, they will make you pay the difference just to cancel. Absolutely horrible practices. They take advantage of people who care about the well being of their pets.
