  • I'm going to lead with Ive never physically visited this venue. I contacted them via email for more information about a tea party for my daughters birthday. They had some general information and a price listed on their website of $200 for 2 hours which I thought was super reasonable. When I received a response from an event coordinator there, she quoted me $250 PER HOUR. First off that's just crazy, second why does your website have extremely incorrect information on it!? I replied back that I was no longer interested due to the gross misrepresentation that is on their website. She replied and said they had recently had a price change (which should be reflected on your website first of all places I feel like) and that a manager would get back to me. As expected, I've never received a call or email from said manager and I'm really disappointed in the way they treat prospective clients. Would never recommend this venue.
