  • We were let down by this place after it was recommended by a friend. The interior of the bar and the patio are both cute and cozy but that was about the best I could say about the place. Service was not great. We were not greeted and it felt like we inconvenienced staff when we asked if we could sit outside. It took a while for someone to come to our table and even then there was no friendly greeting. In fact, I don't think I saw any of the wait staff smile even once the entire time we were there. When delivering and removing items they were abrupt and silent. It was uncomfortable to say the least. The food was unremarkable. I had salmon which had little to no flavor and was not cooked through in the middle. I ate around it rather than send it back. My date had the jambalaya which was good but not spectacular. Overall, not sure I would return. There are too many other great places in Toronto, no need to waste time and money at Three Speed.
