  • I came to Super Pawn to return an item that was purchased by Adrian and Super Pawn refused to give me a cash refund, the store manager Laura saying that the only person that can return this item is the person who purchased it.... if this is a store policy why is it not posted on the outside of each register? The store was extremely insulting...could not believe what she said to me... she said and I quote...I don't know if you and your boyfriend are having problems so I can't return it without him here...that is completely unprofessional who made her a psychologist or a marriage counselor? So my opinion on this store is that it's very unprofessional the store managers should be reprimanded for her insulting ways....unbelievable customer service
