Went there twice with my friend for their DF promotion. It is a VERY small space, so if you're going with a friend, she's getting her nails done while laying on the massage bed with her facial in, and you're going to be staring at her from the pedicure chair.
The ladies are very friendly and does quite a decent pedicure. During summers, they open up the balcony and does the mani/pedis looking out to the backyards of Queen west.
As much as that sounds like an amazing summer experience, the winter experience is lack lusture. The manicure is not the 60-minute spa manicure they promoted but more a rush scrub/shape + polish change. I think that's mainly the result of DF overwhelming these nice ladies by overselling their promotion against their original intention.
I wouldn't go for their facials. They don't even have a steamer. Their "cleaning" didn't even remove my make up nor mascara, so needless to say my face wasn't exactly clean. Their services are very limited to traditional procedures; most spas have simply eclipsed their service menus with technological advancements we took for granted.
Albeit this cold review, I have a feeling a full-price mani & pedi during the summer time WILL be worth it. You get what you pay for at the end of the day, especially for small businesses. Thus the 3-star.
