  • The customer service I received from two of the employees here was amazing.. It was the brunette and blonde girls working who greeted me and wanted to start me a fitting room & constantly checked up on me. LOVED THEM. They were very sweet. On the other hand, the older heavy set Asian lady was the worse. I'm guessing from other reviews she is a supervisor of some sort. She completely ignored me and continued to fill the eyelashes and did not care that I was even looking at them. Not a hello, not an excuse me, nothing. I like to buy eyelashes in BULK. I was looking to buy more but she was obviously annoyed that I was in her way while she filled. As someone who is a manager in the retail industry, her behavior was not acceptable. I would never hold my associates accountable for superb customer service if I did not hold myself to that same standard. With hottie being a small business I would expect nothing less than amazing customer service to build a strong clientele. But hey, cheap clothes sell themselves right so they obviously don't care about the customers. Definitely not coming back here. I'd rather spend my money somewhere else.
