  • I'm a regular here. And I appreciate how thorough and detailed they are, even for getting the "bronze" special. But when it takes over an hour to finish my car I get frustrated. Then, I look over and see the 2 guys wiping my car down taking their sweet time! They're goofing off, laughing and basically have no sense of urgency in finishing my car.
