Came for brunch Thanksgiving weekend. Got in around 11 am and there was just a 10 Minute line. When we were leaving there was a very long line, so keep that in mind.
I enjoyed Bacchanal more than the Bellagio buffet. More variety and better quality. Also, the restaurant itself seemed more modern and new.
Very good selection of foods - seafood, comfort, Asian, Italian etc. and dessert.
The carving board had prime rib, wagyu beef, ham etc. The roast beef was quite good. Bone marrow next door was VERY rich. Probably could have eaten all of it if i wasn't at a buffet.
Sushi options were pretty limited. Very basic rolls with multiple types of nigiri. The rice was quite sweet. Liked the lobster bisque.
Good selection of desserts ranging from gelato, to creme brûlée, to cheesecake. The mousse was good! Lemon merengue too.
