  • I've grown accustomed to a long wait at most Dunkin' Donuts locations, but this particular DD has elevated laziness and apathy to a level previously unseen. Since it is within walking distance, I have been here several times, each time demonstrating a deterioration in service and an increase in wait time. Today, I gave up. Full disclosure: I really needed coffee and was already cranky. I arrived at about 10am, thinking that the morning rush was over. It was. I was the third person in line and was getting slightly irritated that the first guy was ordering what appeared to be everything on the menu. Turns out that was not the case - the workers had not even begun to take his order. The first three things he ordered, DD had run out of... once he finally completed his order, they began to make it. At this point I had been waiting almost 10 minutes. The person behind me in line already had given up and walked out. When it became clear that there was zero sense of urgency and that they had no intention of taking the next order in the foreseeable future, I walked out, never to return. Guess the low carb diet starts today. UPDATE 7/23/17: Still bad. UPDATE: 9/17/17: They're out of donuts on a Sunday morning. What a crap place.
