  • I had such an unpleasant experience in this store. My friend gave me grill tools and stake knifes from William Sonoma. I already have very similar items so I went to store to ask if I could have a store credit. Sales associate was looking at me like I was some kind of criminal. First, she said she does not think they sell these items anymore. Which, was nonsense. After she found them available online then she told me they don't take returns without receipt, even if it was a gift. And then she looks at me and says: " it's very strange that your friend bought both items for you". I asked her what was strange about buying stake knifes and grilling tools for a friend. She said: " usually they buy one or the other". I still don't know what she meant by it, but I am suspecting that she told me I may have stolen those? I was speechless ! Horrible store!
