  • We too ordered carpet. Preparation for getting new carpet is intense. They will move all heavy furniture but no knick knack. So we are changing our entire upstairs of 20 years and 4 kids in 1 house. Closet floors completely bare as well as all furniture cleaned off. They call us the morning of installation and do not have enough of our carpet and it has been discontinued. We wait for 6 hours to hear from our salesman who blames this on the warehouse. We chose new carpet through txt message and then were told they couldn't install until the following Wednesday. This was Friday. Asked salesman to come show us a sample of the newly chosen carpet. He came Sunday and said all he had to do was put in a change in color. We called Tuesday morning to make sure installation was still set for Wednesday and the salesman had not called in color change and this may delay our installation. I am so fed up with this company. Please do not use them. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with incompetency. Salesman was lazy and didn't do his job and passed the blame, warehouse couldn't schedule carpet even for those who have now had our home in a non living state for a week.
