  • Worst experience ever! Lady walked into my fitting room without knocking and accused me of taking photos of the dress. (I was half naked when she came in) Note: there were no mirrors inside the fitting room. They said no photos of the dresses unless i am buying, which was reasonable. So i did not take any photos whatsoever and i only used my phone to discuss with my fiance about the prices. One old short lady opened my fitting room door without even knocking and told me no photos allowed?? 2. when i came out with the dress she said to the girl who was helping me if i was taking too long in there (the girl replied to her 10minutes only). After the girl told me they limit 20minutes per customer. 3. The prices being over 20% more markup compared to other evening dress retailers in Toronto comes along with this kind of service just doesnt make any sense.
