I think I had a better experience than others but still not sure it was worth it. They did arrive on time but called me to reschedule once so that was annoying but not a huge deal. The guy I encountered was actually very pleasant--not rude at all. Did try to up-sell but, come on, any company offering a Groupon such as this would try to up-sell. That's the point of them offering a deal--to try to rack up more business. However, the amount they quoted wasn't near as much as some that have reported. Was told the return vest was filthy and the a/c unit blades were crusted with dust. I do believe this since the house we bought was super dirty when we moved in and someone who lived here smoked at one point. Plus I was able to get up on the ladder and check out the return vent myself. Since I couldn't climb in the attic to verify for myself, I declined the $235 unit but did take the return vent cleaning at $145. He was not rude about my declining the service and continued to work. He did sit on my couch and got dust on it a little but others have said they left the house dirty and I didn't really see that. The one thing that really bothered me is that he didn't do the dryer vent and I didn't realize this until after he left. Eh, overall not a bad experience but I don't know that it was worth the $40 groupon plus the $145. We'll see if there's any change in the air quality after this...
