  • Everything was great until I put the baby down and let him crawl around a little bit. Picked him up after just a few minutes and his hands, feet and knees were BLACK from the disgusting floor. Once we started looking a little more closely, turns out the entire place was pretty filthy. Brought it to their attention and they said it's because we asked for a first floor room and the tile isn't as clean as the carpet? We were reserved for the following week too but I went ahead and canceled that, since they don't feel like they need to clean or make a note or fix it, apparently. We booked somewhere else for less and we hope they will be reasonably clean.
