  • Bob wasted my time. He came over, checked out the work that had to be done, talked me through it, wrote up an estimate, and gave me a date to perform the work the following week. Two hours (yes, hours, not days or weeks) later he told me "I'm too busy. Find someone else." No problem that he is busy, but why waste my time with the dog and pony show? That doesn't seem like a reliable guy to me
