  • This is a sub-par company. Because I live in Maricopa, they sent me a technician that services large workout facility pools - convenience for them as they were going to Casa Grande and we were on their way. The technician didn't know ANYTHING about my pool/system. He did the bare minimum cleaning, added WAY MORE SALT than was needed (made pH out of whack) and then didn't realize that the pop-ups in the bottom of the pool weren't working, therefore leaving all the salt to sit on the bottom of the pool week after week. When I complained to the manager he insisted that I needed to add another chemical to the pool to get it be clean. When they added the chemical they dumped it along side the edge of the pool and discolored the side/bottom of the pool - and wanted to charge me to do a deep cleaning of the pool to fix the mistake that they made. HORRIBLE is not a strong enough word to describe the terrible service I received.
