  • Third party booking makes you a second class citizen great price means they do not have to give service. Dian was great but everyone else put me on hold for 5 min and dumped me in a voice mail box not one time but several. I called to upgrade to a promotion they offered. It was all gone. I called within 20 min of notification but they sat on the info for 8 hours so naturally it was all gone when I called. If it was gone in the first hour fair is fair. But to not even be in the race is not fair Not a warm fuzzy feeling I did call back in again several time to see how we can make it better the solution is to book port stops and dinner. Again Dian was great but this is not the spot for me. I gave a 2 star should be a 1 star but Dian is the saving grace
