  • Like many others have already said, customer service is non-existence here. But personally, I don't care whether you greet me or even acknowledge my presence. I'm here to browse and shop. I don't need to be waited on hand and foot. In fact, sometimes that gets overwhelming and annoying. I like to be left alone most of the time anyways. This is the type of store where you walk in and help yourself. Don't ask them if they have any additional sizes in the back. No, there won't be. All inventory is already placed out. The reason why I'm giving this a 2 star rating is because this store is on the smaller size than most Rhapsodielles around the city. Inventory isn't that great either. The one on Warm Springs Rd needs practically half of their store for the white/black colored clothing. This one only have like....one small section. Two full racks, if that. In the future, I don't think I will go out of my way JUST to come to this store. The location on Warm Springs Rd will always be my go-to Rhapsodielle now.
