| - I recently organized a dinner event at Rosemary's for a large group and it was a great success--everyone loved it! The events and catering director, Jennifer, was friendly, experienced, accessible, and super helpful. She remembered our group's last visit, which was 5 years ago, and was able to immediately send me the menus and information from last time. The menu she put together for me presented a nice variety of options (they offered far more entree options for the set menu than other restaurants would have offered for a group this size), and they were able to accommodate special requests as well as late additions and late arrivals. There were absolutely no mixups with orders and requests and the waitstaff was professional and courteous, timing of the service was perfect (also, I noticed that four waiters would coordinate so all 8 people at each round table had their food placed in front of them at the exact same time), and our drinks and wine glasses stayed full the whole time.
Everyone thought the food was excellent and kept talking about it! The goat cheese salad, halibut, lamb chops with quinoa, creme brulee, and chocolate cream pie dessert with ice cream seemed to be the most popular options and they all got especially enthusiastic reviews! The cocktails and passed appetizers we had before the meal were excellent as well.
We were in the west wing room, which was perfect for our group of about 30 people (although we could easily have added more and still had it be comfortable).
Prices are definitely much lower than you'd pay for comparable food on the Strip, too.
I would highly, highly recommend Rosemary's if you are organizing an event (or just heading out to dinner) in Las Vegas!
