  • I was not happy at all with my experience at his location. I have really curly hair and they had no idea how to deal with it or knew what they were doing. My stylist and another girl who decided to help were working on my hair at the same time and the blow drying part was very poor, until a third person who isn't even a stylist came and joined. So three different people tugging at my hair in three different directions. Luckily the third person who was not a stylist did an AMAZING job. She kinda came and took over. She knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it. I was trying my best not over react, but I did say that it was not working with three people tugging on my hair. My hair kept being referred to as 'ethnic' and it's not, it's just curly. I think they did they're best however I do not think that it was enough nor professionally knowledgeable nor equipped to deal with various types of hair. If the third person did my hair from the start I would've been more than satisfied. I would come back for her ONLY, any day.
