  • Flawless experience top to bottom, I couldn't possibly rate these guys anything less than 5 star, the experience, prices and food were just that good. Got a deal on my first order and picked out 6 different meals to try and share with my SO at home. What a joy to think you're getting healthy, gourmet meals at home, without having to go grocery shopping or cook right after work - who really likes getting into the kitchen at 6/7pm on a week night anyway. For the busy young professional or young professional couple this is ideal. If you've got the extra money and are lacking in time then this could be ideal for a family as well, but it may become cost prohibitive to order 3+ single meals for several meals in a week. But to each their own. The experience was simple, set up an account at www.efreshmeals.ca, select which meals you'd like (you can choose between breakfast options, healthy options, gourmet, etc). Each meal has a delicious picture, lists the ingredients (no preservatives) and the full nutritional information. Prices range from $8-16/meal depending on what meal and how fancy. Once you've "stocked your fridge" (instead of filled your cart), check out is a breeze. Your delivery date is provided and your meals arrive via FedEx in a temperature controlled box where meals are layered with reusable cold packs for freshness. Once home you can either refrigerate or freeze the meals (don't worry the heating instructions for both are provided whether you're warming up in a microwave or oven). The best part is that for ever meal they sell, the donate one to a worthy food charity, so basically you eat well, you eat healthy, you don't have to do dishes, you don't have to cook AND you do good for someone else? Yeah it's a no brainer! I won't go into every meal in detail that I had but I will list the ones I ate as a reference point for you reading this review - know that each of them receive my personal thumbs up (amazing) so if nothing else you'll like these 6. BEEF TACOS | BEAN SALAD, SALSA - $12.25 PROTEIN PUMPKIN PANCAKES | MIXED FRUIT - $9.50 AUTUMN QUINOA | MIXED GREENS - $12.25 PIRI PIRI CHICKEN | ROASTED POTATO, GREENS - $13.25 FIVE SPICE CHICKEN | SWEET POTATO, GREENS - $12.95 TURKEY MEATLOAF | SWEET POTATO, GREENS - $12.25
