  • BUYER BEWARE! CalAtlantic is a grossly sub-par builder at best. Do yourself a favor and do not build or buy a CalAtlantic home.They should truly be ashamed of the quality of the product they produce as well as the disrespectful way they treat their consumers.Letters, calls and surveys to corporate produce no results. Months and months past closing and they have yet to respond or fix issues.The subcontractors they hire do not speak a word of English and clearly have different building standards. Nothing but lies and outright disrespect from the superintendent. Promises made and broken/never followed through on.... will not return or answer calls at this point. Save yourself the heartache, disappointment and aggravation and use another builder!
