  • The best deal for a 1.2Kg seasoned oven rotisserie chicken is at Costco! It's $7.99 ($9.03 tax in) and the ingredients listed are Chicken, Water, Rice Starch, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Tetrapotassium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Triphosphate, Spices, and Silica; the phosphates is a saltwater solution (...a brine). Sounds fairly healthy to me! In 2016, Costco In the USA apparently sold 6 million cooked chickens which are shipped from suppliers to Costco stores seasoned and ready for the store ovens. I'm certain the Canadian stores also sell lots of delicious chickens as well! Bon appetit
