First off you pull into the parking garage and there are only reserved spots on the first floor. The handicapped spots aren't even on the first floor, you have to drive up to the second!! We have been waiting in line for 10 minutes to check in and have barely moved. Only 6 of the dozen or so computer stations are open and the line is snaking out past the marked line and almost to the front door. At least they sent a lady along handing out water, but she would have probably been more helpful behind the counter checking people in. After about a half hour waiting in line we finally got checked in and got to the room to find a trail of sunflower seeds and cup stains on the sink. We pulled out the couch bed and it was a flimsy little thing and there were no sheets to be found.
