  • Went online to book a class with BLS Services was charged and paid $55 dollars. The morning of the class my lady received a text with no name or contact information saying he had the flu and wouldn't be giving the class. After finding out this was Larry she called him back to tell him she really needed the course offered on that day that she paid for. She had to find a different provider to get in the required course for her job that her Supervisor found for her. When we inquired about getting a refund we were told to contact PayPal and try to get the refund from them even though he had already been paid. After the fact he refuses to answer calls or anymore emails giving her a refund for a course HE canceled without prior notice leaving her to scramble to find another last minute class.
