  • Came to big smoke recently and has a pretty good experience but then again my family is pretty easy going. The prices are a little steep but the portions were fair. What I didn't like was that we ordered 2 combos one with poutine and one with fries. My son is 14 months and loves fries but we were disappointed that we got the burgers first and had to wait for the fries and poutine since they forgot to put them down. I get it, mistakes happen but to not be apologetic about it seemed strange to me. My son was getting quite fussy while we had to wait. By the time the fries came the burgers were pretty much cold so it was hard to tell if we really enjoyed them or not. All in all the experience was off-putting. Would like to say that we will give them another try but didn't feel appreciated as a customer and for the prices it doesn't seem worth a second shot.
