| - I had the antelope burger and it was very good. My fries were a bit undercooked, yet slightly oily, which tells me that the oil temperature needs to be increased and the cooking time needs to be decreased......
My wife had a filet mignon flatbread and we both thought it was quite good. She also had a strawberry salad and liked that very much as well.
The service was a bit wanting......our waittress did not tell us about the specials, and my wife had a bit of food envy when another waitress informed the table next to us what the specials were. This increased when we saw their food brought out. Whatever the special was, it looked great. Also, service was just a bit slow......no big deal because we had plenty of time before our show at Mesa Arts Center, but if I was not killing time, this could have become annoying.
Overall, solid execution on the food, fair service, and interesting environment. I am not clamoring to go back, but I wouldn't be opposed if it was suggested next time I am in Mesa. I say a solid 3 stars.
