  • This Sprint location really took the cake with the most unprofessional service. I've been in retail for 10 years and get extremely disappointed when I see poor customer service. Unfortunately, Charles, the Assistant Manager, didn't even have "poor customer service". It was simply non existent. We have been trying to resolve an issue with our account for months and continue to get nowhere. No answers, no explanation, no results. Note to the staff here, it's not worth the sale to belligerently lie to your customer.
