  • I would give this company NO STARS! Very unprofessional. It is so hard to get ahold of anyone here. They were very responsive when they were trying to get my business but as soon as I paid and my wedding date was confirmed I heard nothing. Then the day of my wedding, a gentleman comes to my house confused and with no information about my wedding. He sat outside my porch talking to the photographers assistant about taxes. Instead of recording. He then would ask me what to do, ummm if you've recorded weddings you should already know what to look for and what to record. He guy was clueless but I was not going to allow that to become something I would stress on my wedding day. It has been over two months since my wedding day and again, no email updating me of when I should expect my video/dvds and when I tried emailing two email addresses that I have, they are shut down. I left them a voicemail but I'm sure it won't help. I'm sad, I paid for a service and I didn't get what was promised. DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE, if I could go back in time I would NOT have hired these guys.
