  • I have been taking all of my animals to Valley West for about 17 or 18 years, two of which we adopted from the hospital (Jinx and Boo). To name a few situations, Dr. Cromer set the leg of Bailey who broke her leg jumping down from the fridge looking for treats (if you go, look for the kitty stuffed animal with the wrapped leg on the reception desk); took our Sophie home for three days after developing pneumonia; allowed Sophie to stay at the hospital every work day to recover from surgery so she wasn't alone when we were at work. I think you can get the same clinical care in a multitude of animal hospitals, but I don't think you will find another place with staff who are invested in and care about your animals as much as you do, or an environment where, at least my animals love to go. unfortunately I am unable to post the videos of Sophie being so excited to go to the vet, or Ava, our Boxer pup doing a crazy wiggle when we get to the parking lot in anticipation of seeing everyone.
